This is a reminder that the 2026 Sendero Springs HOA Annual meeting will take place tonight at 5:30 PM via Zoom. Your participation is necessary in order to meet the required 10% quorum to conduct the meeting.

If you are unable to attend, please complete the attached proxy and return it to wendy@psprop.net by 5:00 PM today. This way you can be counted towards attendance. Please see the attached official Notice of the 2026 Annual Meeting, scheduled for today. The notice includes the meeting agenda, proxy form, and important participation instructions.

In order to attend, you must pre-register at the link below. Once you have registered, you will receive an email directly from Zoom with your personal log in information.
